HubGem named finalists in two categories at the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2023

The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2023 aim to recognise the people and organisations helping to make a difference to the lives of our nation’s working population.

Best use of tech

We are absolutely delighted to be recognised for our commitment to culture and wellbeing in two categories at this prestigious event.

The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards aim to recognise and champion Britain's Workplace Wellbeing Heroes. Recognising the incredible steps taken by many employers, service providers and individuals in response to our global wellbeing crisis.

Measures to increase employee engagement can help reduce absenteeism, presenteeism and employee turnover. The wellbeing culture has moved from being a nice-to-have to a big strategic issue for employers; the  awards will shine a spotlight on, and recognise, organisations who are putting workplace wellbeing at the heart of their business.

HubGem is proud to have been named as a finalist in the Best Use of Tech category, for demonstrating how tech has integrated into our team's day-to-day lives, the direct benefit it has had on wellbeing among our staff, and how it has been used.

HR Leader

Our HR & Culture Manager Kayleigh Lowe has also been named a finalist in the Most Inspiring HR Leader category for inspiring and motivating our team to adopt a more focused importance on their wellbeing, leading by example at every turn.

This is the third time in just 6 months that HubGem has been recognised on a national level for our commitment to employee wellbeing and culture. This is a testament to our dedication towards building a company that thrives on a positive and supportive environment for our team.

HubGem CEO and Founder, Gemma Price said:

’'I am delighted and humbled to be recognised at this level for our commitment to wellbeing and culture. Our team have always been at the forefront of every decision made and as a small company, to be recognised nationally for the initiatives we have put in place for our team - it is huge.

Our company has just as much commitment to our team as we do to our customers, and in supporting our employees to thrive we are also seeing phenomenal growth in all areas of the business - increasing our turnover by over 400% in just 2 years and maintaining 100% 5* reviews from happy customers."
