HubGem shortlisted at Engage Awards

HubGem has been named as a national finalist at the prestigious 2023 Engage Awards in the 'Great Place to Work' category.

The Engage Awards are the UK's only Awards programme celebrating achievements across the entire spectrum of customer and employee engagement.

2023 saw the Awards receive a record-breaking number of entries from across the UK and we are delighted to be recognised nationally for our commitment to  company culture.

The 'Great Place to Work' category recognises organisations that have put an effective strategy in place that has helped to create a working environment with improved employee engagement and experience. The implementation of this strategy must show measurable results.

I am incredibly proud that as a small business we have been recognised (for the third time!) at a national level for our focus on employee engagement and company culture, we are up against some of the biggest names in UK business and I believe that the culture we have at HubGem is something really special. The happiness of our employees has always been a key focus for us, and I am delighted to see HubGem named as a finalist!

The Engage Awards see entries from businesses of all sizes across the UK, and this year sees entries from some of the UK's most well-known brands. See the full list of finalists here.

The 2023 winners will be announced at a black-tie Awards Ceremony on November 28th in one of London’s leading venues - The Brewery on Chiswell Street.
