We are delighted to announce that we’ve been named a Finalist in the British HR Awards 2024 for both the 'Culture Initiative of the Year' and 'Technology Partner of the Year' categories!
With a range of categories including ‘Best Overall People Experience,’ ‘Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of the Year’ and ‘Leader of the Year’, the British HR Awards 2024 sets out to discover and celebrate the organisations and individuals that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience.
This year, just over 300 entries were received from organisations across the UK, and so competition to be named a Finalist proved to be especially tough. Companies taking part range from start-up innovators to public sector heroes, tech superstars, global titans and everything in between.

"HubGem was built with a vision of creating an environment where our employees could thrive, doing what they truly love. Our employee wellbeing and company culture is therefore everything to us and building an environment where our team can grow both personally and professionally is paramount. We recognise that wellbeing isn’t one project alone, but an ongoing investment and commitment to our employees in every decision we make, and the daily practices in which we operate. We believe that a healthy work-life balance and wellbeing should be available to everybody, and not sacrificed in order to have a successful professional career – we truly believe they can go hand-in-hand! We have created an environment where everybody has an equal voice in decision-making regardless of their role, where people celebrate one another and where our values are aligned to the bigger picture!" - Kayleigh Lowe, HR & Culture Manager.
We’ll find out if we’ve won at an awards ceremony in London on the 16th April 2024. Nate Harwood, Founder of New Possible and British HR Awards judge said: "With a 40% increase in the number of entries this year, judging was both a great privilege and a real challenge. Congratulations to all the Finalists who have demonstrated the passion, commitment, and talent at the beating heart of British HR."
