Our Workshop: How to increase collaboration between your Marketing and Admissions teams through the use of a CRM

At HubGem, we regularly work with clients whose Marketing and Admissions teams are struggling to work collaboratively together for various reasons including different business priorities, segregated processes and a lack of communication. It has never been more important for Marketing and Admissions to become aligned and begin working collaboratively.

With the education sector becoming increasingly digital, it is important to re-evaluate the systems and processes within your organisation and ensure that they are still fit for purpose.

Many educational organisations are now moving away from the use of manual, time-consuming methods to manage their enquiries and admissions data and embracing the use of CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to manage their Marketing and Admissions processes.

Within this workshop, we will explain HubGem’s five-step resolution plan which aims to break down barriers between Marketing and Admissions teams and help them to move towards a more efficient, collaborative way of working.
