The World’s Happiest Workplaces Awards celebrate organisations across the globe that are creating genuinely positive, supportive and engaging environments for their people - and to be #1 on this list is something we don’t take lightly.The 2026 awards saw over 120,000 organisations entered worldwide, with more than one million employees completing WorkL’s anonymous Happy at Work Test. This makes the recognition especially meaningful, as it reflects the real, lived experiences of people at work.
