The graduation ceremony welcomed over 250 graduates and their families to Lincoln Cathedral to celebrate the completion of their studies.
Gemma was delighted to speak at the ceremony as an alumna of the University of Lincoln, exactly 12 years since her own graduation. Her speech focused on the theme of resilience in the face of uncertainty and how career paths are rarely straightforward. Gemma spoke about her own experiences since graduating, including her work in a variety of roles that led to her ultimately starting HubGem and making waves in the world of education.
Her speech was well received by graduates, families and a number of academics and distinguished guests who commented on how inspiring they found it, and how much it resonated with their own experiences.

Over a third of the HubGem workforce are graduates from the University of Lincoln and we are always looking for ways to further support the education sector. We would like to express our congratulations to the graduates in the Class of 2024!
